Log in to Zimbra webmail to create a contact.
Click on the dropdown menu.
Now click on Contact from the dropdown list.
Fill all the input boxes and click Save icon at last to save the settings.
Create Group Contact
The Group Contact feature allows you to create contact lists that contain multiple mailing addresses. When you select a group contact name, everyone whose address is included in the group list is automatically added to the address field of the message.
From the dropdown menu click on Contact Group link to create new group contact.
Follow the direction and click Save icon at last to save the settings.
New group contact has been created.
Click on Appointment from the dropdown list to create new appointment.
Follow the directions and click Save icon at last to save the settings.
New appointment has been created.
