Adding signatures in webmail

Login to the Horde webmail with the link http://webmail.yourdomain.com.

Click Mail link.

Click Personal Information link.

Below are the descriptions of above number sequence.

1. Write Single or multi line signature in Your signature text area.

2. If you want 3 dashes(-) above your signature then select Precede your signature with dashes ('-- ')? select box.

3. If you want signature attached with mail reply and forward then select Place your signature before replies and forwards? select box.

4. If you want whole thing saves in sent mail box then select Save sent mail? select box.

5. Click SAVE OPTIONS button to save above settings.

You are done, your webmail signature has been added.

Check your webmail signature.

As soon as you click on New Message link your signature will appear and same thing will appear with mail Forward and Reply.
