Log in to the Plesk Control Panel to create a MySQL DB
Click on Websites & Domains tab.
Click on Databases link.
Click on Add New Database icon.
Below are the descriptions of above number sequence.1. Assign a new database name in Database name input box. 2. Select database type in Type drown down list here MySQL. 3. Select database server in Database server drop down list. 4. Click OK button to confirm above settings. Your database has been created.
Click on Add New Database User to create a user for the above database.
Your database user has been created.
Below are the descriptions of above number sequence.1. Assign a user name for the above database in the Database user name input box. 2. Assign a password in New password input box. 3. Retype the same password as step 2 in Confirm password input box. 4. Click OK button to confirm above setting.
Your database user has been create for the above DB.
Log in to the Plesk Control Panel to manage MySql DB through web browser.
Click on Webadmin icon to manage your database through web browse.
Below is the web browser view to manage your MySQL DB.
Log in to the Plesk Control Panel to create additional MySQL Database user.
Click on Add New database User icon.
Below are the descriptions of above number sequence.1. Assign an new user name for the above DB in the Database user name input box. 2. Assign a password for the above new user in New password input box. 3. Retype the same password in Confirm password input box. 4. Click OK button to confirm above settings.
Below are the descriptions of above number sequence.1. Click to Select the BD user in Select box 2. Click Make Default for DB Webadmin icon to make this new user as default.
Log in to the Plesk Control Panel to make a duplicate copy of the above MySQL DB.
Below are the descriptions of above number sequence.1. Select on which server you want to keep this duplicate Db from Destination database server drop down list, 2.Assign a duplicate database name. 3. Click to select copy all the content of the source DB into duplicate Db. 4. Click OK button to confirm above settings.. Click Up Level link to return on MySQL database List screen.
