To configure POP3 e-mail account in Outlook Express first go Start > Programs > Outlook Express.
Now click on the Tools and select Accounts form the drop down box.
Select the Mail tab then click Add in right hand side and select Mail.
Type the Display Name as your name and click Next.
Write the full E-mail address, e.g. mailuser@yourdomainname.com and click Next to proceed.
In this step you have to specify the Incoming and Outgoing Mail server. This should be by default mail.yourdomainname.com (E.g. If your domain name is diadem.co.in then incoming and outgoing mail server should be mail.diadem.co.in) and click Next to move ahead.
Specify the password for the account and check Remember the password if you want to Outlook Express to remember your password. Do not check Log on using Secure Password Authentication(SPA). Click Next to continue.
Click Finish to complete the setup and Close the window.
