Our Server Management Portal allows you to perform all these actions and much more through your own web based server management portal which has been specifically developed keeping in view the requirements of clients who require a single web based utility to manage their servers, view their hardware details and request support from our admins. This web based utility is the first of its kind offered by an Indian web hosting provider and it brings transparency in our operations and allows our clients to be in complete control of their dedicated and virtual servers.

  • 256-bit SSL encryption technology: Robust 256 bit encryption for all communication between your browser and the server as fully secure and encrypted.
  • All sensitive data within the application is encrypted: Using advanced data encryption programming all server login information is saved in the DB using a secret encryption key which can only be deciphered from within the application.
  • Reboot your servers online:View login details for your applications and also check the server hardware details and IPs assigned to their servers.
  • Post support tickets online: Each ticket will be archived for future reference. All support tickets are linked to the related server to enable clients to quickly refer back to past issues and track its resolution.
  • Monitor your server bandwidth usage: You can now monitor on a realtime basis the amount of bandwidth consumed and the projected usage alongwith MRTG graphs, direct from the switch your hardware is connected with.

Here you will find different Section for your Dedicated and VPS server Management and access details.
 

 Hardware Details

Hardware - This section contains all the details of your Dedicated and VPS server, i.e. Hardware Types - Mother Board, Processor, Total Memory, Storage and OS type & version, Server Name, IP Address(s), Shell/RDP Login and Control Panel login.

 

Ticket Home

 

Support - This section contains the support request for your servers. Each ticket will be archived for future reference. All support tickets are linked to the related server to enable clients to quickly refer back to past issues and track its resolution.

 

Reboot dedicated or VPS Server

  

   

From Hardware menu you can reboot or shutdown your Dedicated and VPS server(s) as per your requirements.

 

Bandwidth Usages Checking

 

From Network menu you can track your current bandwidth usages with projected usages and previous one.
