Login to your Plesk control Panel using the login details .
Click on "File Manager" under "Files".
Navigate to the file or folder you wish to change permission and click on it. Now select the permission(eg. read,write,execute/search) you want to change for user (eg.owner,group,others) and click "Ok".
Logout after you finish.
