1. Login to the Plesk Control Panel using your Username and Password and click on
the "HOME" link on the left as in the image below.

2. On the right hand Pane you will get a button "Database". Click on that.

3. Click on "Add New Database" under "Tool".

4. Provide the Database name according to your desire after erasing "diadem_" from
the Database name Box.The "Type" field shoukd be kept as "Microsoft SQL Server".
Click on "OK" to proceed to next step.

5. Click on "Add new Database User."

6. Provide the "Database User Name" and Password details as highlighted below and then
press "OK" to complete creation of Database.
