To configure POP3 E-mail account in the Microsoft Outlook go to Tools --> E-mail Accounts

Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click next.

Select 'POP3' as Server type and click next.

Enter your email information:

Your Name: your name
Email Address: mailuser@yourdomainname.xyz
Incoming Mail server (POP3): mail.yourdomainname.xyz
Outgoing Mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname.xyz
User Name: the email address used to login to the webmail interface
Password: the password for the email address

Click on Finish to complete the process.
