To login to webmail you have to type in the Address Bar the following address. http://webmail.<domainname> e.g. http://webmail.yourdomainname.com or http://webmail.diadem.co.in, as shown in figure.

The following screen will appear.
Type in the User name (mailbox name) and password and click Log in.

Now click on Inbox to view the new/existing Mails.

Now to compose a new message click on the 'New Message' option.

A new window would open.Type in the recipient's email address(s), Subject of the mail and text of the mail. Then click on 'Send Message' to send the mail.

To attach a file you have to scroll down the new message page. In the attachment option, enter the path or click Browse to select the file and then click Update.

After a successful attachment you will receive a message, then click on 'Send Message' to send the mail with attachment.

To delete the old/unwanted mail(s), first go to the inbox then select the mail(s) which you want to delete and click on the Delete button in the left side of top menu.

Now click on 'Purge Deleted' button in the right side corner of the top menu bar to parmanently delete the selected mail(s) from your mail box.

Don't forget to logout from the Webmel.
